A rooftop retreat in Nairobi

The spacious and clean room made my stay enjoyable. The rooftop pool is perfect for sipping cocktails while admiring the skyline. The attentive staff made me feel right at home!

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty during my stay. I also noticed some noise from the hallway at night, which affected my sleep occasionally.

such grand expectations, but alas! the toilet refused to flush despite endless repairs! and the lady at the front desk had the charm of a wet sock. it would’ve been nice to receive some sort of complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess we’re all just regular guests here. I almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t.

I had an amazing experience, especially the breakfast buffet with fresh, tasty options and the rooftop pool was the perfect escape after exploring. However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times.

The Queen Room was cozy, with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Loved the free toiletries and hairdryer. The staff, especially Patrick, were super welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The spa was a great bonus with a massage and steam room available. It’s a fantastic place for relaxation!

I stayed here for business purposes and found the location excellent for accessing attractions like the Nairobi National Museum and Jeevanjee Gardens, both just a short walk away. The breakfast offered was a highlight, with a great variety to choose from each morning. The staff were committed to making our experience enjoyable, especially during my wife’s birthday celebration when they provided a cake. However, I had some issues with the air conditioning in my room, and it would have been great to open a window for fresh air. Overall, I appreciated the convenience and service during my stay.

The bathroom could use better fixtures!!! Also, the lack of variety in the gym equipment was quite disappointing. Lastly, a more thorough cleaning regimen would greatly enhance guest experience!!!

My stay at Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel was delightful! The staff, from check-in with refreshing juice to attentive service throughout my visit, went above and beyond. The breakfast had a wonderful mix of local dishes and was a great start to my day.
